Designing & Facilitating experiences that support us to love and care for all life through the invitation to discover and deeply appreciate yourself, each other and Planet Earth.
Over the last 11 years I have been a facilitator, coach, catalyst and parent. I bring to all of these roles a constant curiosity and exploration of what it means to be a human being in this time. This involves allowing myself to be changed by conversations and experiences, a process of knowing and unknowing, a deep questioning of what is important and why. This movement and interplay between inward work and outward action informs all of the work and training that I deliver or participate in.
The work I do now is about hosting meaningful and transformative conversations, designing change experiences, prototyping ideas, offering training and connecting networks so that we can work together to tackle some of the issues we face in our culture and on our planet. These issues might be related to climate change, species loss, environmental impact or they might be around mental health and wellbeing, parenting & social and economic equity and/or community.
At the heart of all these issues is connection and the work of bringing ourselves into deeper connection with what is happening and why so that we can work to address how we can change and adapt. We need to invite and bring together all people, across all generations and work together to create a peaceful and generative human culture.
I have in depth training, practise and knowledge of Art of Hosting and Systemic Organisational Constellations. I have completed The Journey, Mindfulness for Social Change, Non Violent Communication workshops, Parenting by Connection & Institute of Fundraising Certified training and I have taken part in 23 days of silent meditation at a Vipassana centre and various facilitation and coaching training over the years. Over the years I have been an entrepreneur & business owner, I have faced many personal challenges and overcome them all. You can read some stories about all these things in the story section.
